Optimus vs. Megatron: 720p Clip!
Took me a while to get this together, but here it is, the entire fight with Optimus vs. Megatron from the 1986 Transformers movie.

It's an mp4. It should play on your PS3, too, if you have one of those. Doesn't do the BluRay justice, though; especially the detail in the background paintings.
The interesting this is it really enhances everything. So the really well animated bits look REALLY GOOD, but it also shows off where they cut corners, too. There's a lot of places where you can tell they were tweening the cells quickly and the lines aren't complete. As I mentioned them earlier, the background paintings for this are some really beautiful stuff.
I meant to talk about this in reply to badmspaint in the last thread about this movie: I loved this movie so much as a kid (and still do now), but the day I saw it in the theater when it was first released, I was literally heartbroken at the end.
After the movie, we went to this little greasy spoon in the mall where it was playing, and I cried and I cried after Optimus Prime died. It really upset me, not even thinking about the fact that half of the characters I knew and loved were dead too, but... but Optimus! How could they bring Ultra Magnus (who-tf is that?!) back to life, but not Op?!
The waitress there felt so bad for me she brought me a milkshake to try to cheer me up.
